Booking Details

All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of tax and service charges.
All aircon rooms include American breakfast.
All fan rooms are exclusive of breakfast.
Rates include American breakfast for 2 in all rooms except the Big Family room which includes breakfast for 3.
Free transfer from Thongsala for bookings of 3 nights or more (otherwise 100 Baht per person).
The deposit payment required is to cover 30% of your stay in the low season and 50% of your stay in the high and peak seasons.
Children 4-11 years old and sharing a bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation.
Use of safe box on reception.
Children up to 5 years of age are free for breakfast.
Children 6-11 receive a 50% discount on breakfast.
Wi-Fi and internet are available.
A minimart is located opposite the premises.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person.

Booking Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 3 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 6 nights.
Compulsory Gala New Year dinner 1,000 Baht per person (31st Dec).

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Low and High Season: Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 30% (low season) or 50% (high and peak season) of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 14 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
